Free Mobile Service for one year
Gentlemen;
I was told by 2 different xfinity employees that I would have free mobile service for one year. I’m a new mobile customer & have been with Comcast since 1975. That’s 50 years. Yet you charged my credit card. $50.89. Why if I’m supposed to have free mobile service for 1 year.

With the free mobile line, customers are still responsible for any additional charges related to the plan and all applicable taxes and fees related to the line. This may be the charges you're seeing on your end.
