Free mario merch and poster text!

I got a text about free mario merch and poster. I went to my nearest comcast center after work and the employee inside laughed in my face! I was like what is wrong and he informed me that the person just before me asked the same thing and he told them what he was going to tell me. Nothing is free. I had to buy something from him. I informed him I was already a customer for years and he told me yeah its horrible go some where else.

Now  I understand the famous customer support claims from this. I wont be a customer much longer. How horrid. Oh I asked for his name. He said it was Kai, and then he left to the back room. It was was Walerga rd in antelopa ca. suit 101b.

you should be ashamed of yourselves for false advertising. poor service and rude.

user_aubxx0 We appreciate you sharing this, and your feedback as we will use this as an opportunity to improve in the future. Did you check with the manager at the store by any chance?

I asked to see the supervisor. Kai told me is name was Ray or something and the other associates in the store told me to leave. I told them that this is the reason Comcast is losing customers. They have a bad reputation and they agreed and continued to kick me out and told me to try somewhere else. They would not even look at the adverstisement to to me from Comcast saying there was a free poster. They admitted they had to poster but told me i had to buy a new phone to be eligible to get it.

I would love for an answer if it is really free or not? I mean you said it was thats why I went. So if it is free I would really like it instead of these vile games comcast wants to play

Did it tell you to go to a store?

So yes, most people would say that visiting a local store is the same as going to a store and that by saying its on us..... means that its free... no charge.  I feel like your trying to say im stupid now.

Shawn, What did I confirm? That the promotion didn't explicitly say free? I didn't confirm it, I admitted it freely and yes will now confirm it, now. What Im asking you about is what is meant by the promotion "on us". Everyone I talk to says that in that setting for a store promotion it means free or no charge. There was no mention of buying anything extra, just for being a customer. It does sound like I am confused, so could you help me and explain to me why the promotion says "on us". What are you offering.

@critesg83 I can confirm the Mario poster is a Xfinity Member benefit and is available until supplies last. Were you able to visit a different store or was this the closest to you?

It was the closest one to me. The one I got my modem at before. I shouldn't have to travel to a farther location because those employees decided they were going rogue.

@critesg83 You're right. I was wondering if you'd tried a different store. I'll go ahead and pass along the feedback you shared. Can you tell me approximately the time and date of your initial visit?
