Free IPAD scam

I was told by an agent that if I bundled my internet with a FREE Ipad that the ipad and it's service would be free for 24 months and then also additionally it would lower my internet bill by 40 dollars a month. Well that's not what happened the internet will be lowered 40 a month but the ipad and it's service will be charged to me so not free. I specifically asked the agent ten times and I have screen shots of all if everything together would be the price of the internet 53 a month and was assured I was correct. To make matters worse I can't contact anyone over the phone because of the voice system not sending me through and also every live agent just shuffles me to the next I was on with ten different people tonight sending me back and forth with no answer other than basically sucks for you. Crazy this company would treat a veteran like this but shows how money hungry these companies are to just simply deceive people! ill attach a picture and you tell me if this is deception?
