Free iPad false advertisement

Waiting for my refund for never having a mobile phone on my free iPad that was a lie. And still charge 20 dollars a month for eight months that never work!!!! Plus the 25 dollars fee to start it. Was told by last person I talk to that the 318 was taken off and a return label was to be sent to me. Another lie again and have recorded that day and waiting to sue you for false advertising that I would be able to use my iPad with the SIM card to make phone calls and receive calls that never worked and got the runaround for months and finally told to cancel my mobile service that never worked.

@XfinityMartyR​ yes first time when I got the new iPad , then another time which promised to take of it , then another time when I was bill after I cancel a service I couldn’t use and explain again what happened and she told me that the bill was zero and would reflect that in 48 hours and will send a return label by the end of the month. All of them lied, still got a fee for the rest of the payment for the free iPad and no refund for the months of no phone service. All I hear is lies and still never had any phone service on the iPad I was finally told that the model never was capable to use as a phone!!!!!!

Wow! @user_aqe4jk, I am sorry to hear about your experience, sounds extremely time-consuming, I'm sure I'd feel the same if I was in your shoes.

When completing your approval process for the order did you by any chance confirm the monthly recurring billing amount that is listed in the approval, before agreeing to the order?
