“free” indoor camera NOT free after all

Hello, I recently saw on my rewards that I had a free indoor camera. I got an email saying I have to pay $2.50 a month for the next 24 months. I need to reverse this reward or cancel this reward.

Hello @user_dcc3d3! I would be happy to look into this for you! Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.

Someone else posted the terms regarding this "free" camera, and I read that you get a $2.50 credit for 24 months to cover the cost.  Is that what your reward said?  Did @XfinityTony or @XfinityTony mention that?

I'm asking because I'm not enrolled in Rewards.

user_dcc3d3Hello again! Since you are unable to refuse the delivery, you can return the camera to your nearest Xfinity stores so that they charge can be removed.
