Free foreign channels on our TV is that all we get I only speak English

Xfinity keeps giving all these free Latino Mexican Spanish Italian channels I was born in America and I speak English and as much as I'm paying for this television and then service is not like it used to be you don't get any new movies and your bill just keeps going up and up I'm getting ready to drop you pay over $200 a month for TV and don't get anything worth watching.
