Free channels to me option...many Channels when we click on them say...have to pay
Free channels on the guide selection. when clicking on various channels, not free... message pops up,.have to have a subscription. Why then have the 'free to me" when it's not free..

Hi there, user_v23el8! Thank you for letting us know you are seeing channels you do not subscribe to on the Free to Me guide view. We want to look further into this. Are you watching the channels on an X1 box or the Xfinity Stream app?
