Free camera
I just picked up my Wi-Fi box and they told me that I got the free camera and it was free every month for being a new customer but everything I'm seeing says that there's a $2.50 fee every month is that true or is it free and close if it's not free the guy in the store lie to my face

Good Morning, @user_4h3402! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on Xfinity Forums. We can certainly explore the billing concerns regarding the cameras. From time to time there would be a camera at no cost, but usually Xfinity Home has a fee associated with it.
