Fraudulent practices and hidden fees

I was PROMISED a FIXED rate for the LIFETIME of my contract with Xfinity/Comcast and no later than 3 months there was a price increase and when I wanted to change my payment method from a debit card to a checking account to get the $10 discount I was then told my  "PLAN" didn't qualify!! FRAUD!! SCAM!! DO BETTER! Honor what you tell the customer!!

Hello, @user_hha8p7

Sorry to hear things are not matching up with your billing and what was promised. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Absolutely not! Your answer was NOT acceptable! You only gave me vague instructions on how to send a direct message without telling me if I had to have a Twitter account to do so. So use this forum as a direct message: YOU should honor what you promise your customers! If you guarantee a FIXED RATE for the LIFETIME of the contract then that's the way it should be! Fraud! Scam!

user_hha8p7 You don't need X (formerly called Twitter) to send us a DM as requested. Xfinity customers with an active Xfinity login can post and reply to messages there. You should be able to send us a DM.
