Fraudulent internet service added when I bought a new phone by the Holly Springs Georgia store. Remove this immediately!!

I have spoken to customer no service 4 times.  Waste of time. This internet service was added fraudulently.  I have not had internet from Xfinity in years!  I don’t even have a modem!  Stop billing me for something I don’t have - [Edited: Profanity]

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Your store in holly springs Georgia opened a fraudulent internet account in my name when I bought a phone.  The employee who “helped” me said “…there are ways to get around the rules…”.   I guess a fraudulent account was his workaround.  This is unethical at best and illegal at worst.  It is virtually impossible to get an account canceled due to your multiple layers of offshore “customer no service”!   You keep billing me for service I do not have, do not want and do not need because of your corrupt employees.   Ridiculous!!
