Fraudulent Company
NOW is the worst experience I have ever had with an Internet provider. I had Xfinity and had my rate triple over night so I called to understand what was happening. Was told NOW was budget friendly, and I do not require massive data amount so I accepted it. Ever since I have been swindled out of money and time, and have had non stop confusing communication about returning my box and then mistaking which service is which. These two companies are basically not connected and I did not even make this choice. I had a $45 credit owed from Xfinity that just mysteriously doesn't exist now. Trust people that tell you this company is complete trash. Because it is. I have spent multiple days going to the store, calling, and chatting online just to literally understand what is happening. And the end result is my account being deactivated by someone misunderstanding me. Employees are just as incompetent as the company. Thanks for ruining my week.
