Fraudelent claim Customer Service complaint

I just spent the better part of an hour with Mohammad on chat who insisted he would get my newly increased bill down to a reasonable price. It had just gone up considerably and there was no explanation why except AI bot said it was a fee increase. He went on to say he had secured a good deal and it was still too high. I told him I did not need higher speed internet. He said I would get it "free." Then he wanted the IMEI number of my phone (I have separate cell service) and I refused to give it and he got aggressive saying I could not have the deal without giving that number. When I asked for a supervisor, the chat ended in the next few seconds "for inactivity." I am livid and want to scrap all of comcast at this point after decades of paying way too much. I need a reasonable price for the service.
