Fraud
My bank has been depleted of all money by fraud.I have a zero balance, so cannot make any payments to anyone at this time. I have filled out this form several times, but can’t find a way to have a 2-way line of communication with it. I don’t know what else to do.

here is a great link on how to set up a payment arrangement for the residential services via the XFINITY assistant here. Here are also the steps below.
Note: You may be eligible to choose your payment arrangement date and add a payment method later, as shown in this example.
If you’re adding a payment method later, continue to set up your payment arrangement with Xfinity Assistant by choosing a due date and clicking Submit
