Fraud
In May I needed to add internet service temporary I informed my agent of this when I called I told her I wanted to add internet to my package . I told her I would be calling the next month to remove the internet so it was important that I kept the package the same. Cancelled my service and have a $210 fee that I was never told about or would not have taken or cancelled service . I’m looking to take this matter to court because I specifically remembering telling her that I did not want to change my service and that it was only temporary. Who does this?

It sounds as though you agreed to a contract, even though you said you were only temporarily adding internet. You changed your package by adding internet, even if it was temporary. Then you cancelled your service completely, leaving you with an early termination fee. Had you only cancelled internet and kept at least one service, you would not have been charged the fee. And, you can't really take it to court because you didn't opt out of arbitration at the time you signed up for service; it's something you agreed to.
