Fraud? Xfinity Chat asking for full SSN

I see old threads about this, but no resolution.

I really want to move to Xfinity mobile, but do not like the request for full SSN and DOB.

Can someone help? I have the full chat I can share.

Hello, @user_ick72v. Thank you for reaching out over our Community Forums. When signing up for Xfinity Mobile, there may be a credit screening for the primary account holder. It is common for a Xfinity Mobile representative to ask for the primary account holders social security number if a screening is needed. No resolution. Please advise the legal fight you are in against the regulations. Is this in process or are there changes being made to not require a full SSN to add service or devices.
