Fraud Has To STOP with Xfinity employees
I have spent countless hours (+10) on the phone, gone to the Xfinity store 2x, and two Fedex shipping centers trying to return a phone we NEVER ordered. My last attempt was on the phone with an Xfinity Rep who went through the bread crumbs and said in fact we were victims of fraud. That we never authorized a phone/phone line thru Xfinity mobile. She said all charges would be dropped, that for all the trouble we could keep the phone (which is still in all of the original packaging). She said she was speaking with the Fraud Dept and they would be following up with me. I am still getting the Mobile Bill, which has to my understanding been turned over to collections. This is unacceptable!! Fin d a way to look at your own reps records and get this resolved. I am tired of spending hours dealing with this and do not want my excellent credit ruined because of a Xfinity Fraud. FIX my account, I have been a loyal customer for over 17 years.
