FRAUD !!!DONT USE THEM

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Xfinity. An agent charged my card without my authorization, which is completely unacceptable. When I noticed the charge, I contacted customer service right away. The first agent I spoke to claimed a refund had been started and that it would be processed within 30 minutes.

After three hours with no refund, I called back and spoke to a different agent, who told me the refund was definitely coming that day. Still, nothing happened.

I waited until the next day, then contacted Xfinity again—this time I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. Once again, I waited, and again, nothing. Every time I called, I got a different story, no resolution, and no consistency. Just a constant runaround.

The final straw was when one of the last representatives I spoke to admitted that the agents before had lied to me just to get me off the phone. And when I asked more questions, that rep hung up on me.

This experience has been nothing short of fraudulent and deceptive. I never authorized the charge, and Xfinity has done nothing but waste my time and mislead me. I trusted this company, and that trust has been completely broken.

I’ll be reporting this to consumer protection agencies and exploring other options for holding Xfinity accountable.
