fraud company

After searching the internet for corporate number for complaints rather than reaching out to the customer service that is outsourced to the phillipines with a bunch of incompetent fraudulent workers (maybe it's not their fault....maybe they're just trained by this company to give offers without honoring them) I've reported them once to the FCC and the FTC for doing the exact same thing last year. I was calling for new promotions on the wifi and the agent offered to cut my wifi bill more than half if I signed up for mobile. The mobile price was also lower than what i was paying so I figured why not.  Well that was not honored and they gave me some credits but I was still stuck with a high internet for 2 years plus an additional mobile bill.  Because I reached out to the FTC and FCC someone from corporate actually reached out to me as they needed to email FCC back regarding resolution and what was done.

This time, I needed a phone and was offered a new phone with a mthly 20 credit on the phone so instead of 35/mth I would only be paying 15/mth.  I made certain that it was going to happen and they would honor it this time, even recorded the call and what was said, got the rep id and and name and was assured that I would get a call back from him to make sure everything was said. Well low and behold, it was a lie, however he did document in the notes that I was skeptical about the offer.  Long story short, I've called back each month for them to fix the bill that was promised to me and they would give the credits an assure me that it will be taken care of for the 24 mth period as promised and again, with a call back to let me know it's all been done after they investigate.  3 mths in and my bill is still not fixed to what they promised.  I was going to report to the FCC and FTC once again, but due to the government shut down, neither of those agencies are taking new complaints currently.  [Edited: "Soliciting"].  Because they hide behind outsourced employees and bots without any way to reach anyone in corporate for the wrong doing, and they keep taking our money, tying us to contracts on false offers.  That is not right!  You can keep hiding but you better believe that as soon as those agencies are back up running again, I will be reporting this company for fraudulent activities again.  [Edited: "Soliciting"]
