Fraud alert

After a simple inquiry Tue support changed my password and charged my credit card for $1100

i was told to vote refund I had to provide full credit card number and an alternative!!!!RED ALERT

after calling back many more times and being hung up on finally someone I. Billing opened a ticket for refund

whole day wastes 10 calls lots of aggravation and apparently no one is following recorded calls-and stilll no refund
