Requested Resolution
1. Process refunds for unauthorized charges.

@user_njyy89 Thanks for posting. Xfinity Mobile customers can get refunded for the cost of Xfinity Mobile service, taxes, data usage, international long distance, and roaming up to 14 days from when a device ships.
If you're not fully satisfied with your Xfinity Mobile service and want to request a refund, you can now start the process online. Can you explain what happened to request a refund of service for 5 months, and what you mean by unauthorized charges?
