formal complaint
I have been having connectivity issues with my internet. The formal answer from Xfinity is that there is severe weather in my area and they will let me know when there is a solution. I cannot get anybody on the phone until this outage is rectified. We do not have severe weather. We have not had severe weather for quite some time. None of my neighbors are affected by this so called outage. I am so frustrated with this company and this service. How can I get someone on the phone? I am paying for 1000 mbps but show only receiving 30 mbps and at times 13, sometimes 43.
It seems to me that all of these issues started when I canceled my cable service but kept the internet and phone. I hate to think that this is deliberate, but what else am I supposed to think?
When the internet goes out, the phone goes out. I have a landline because I live on the top of a mountain and my cell reception isn't consistent. With an ill spouse, not having a phone to call emergency services is truly putting us in danger. How can I get someone to respond?
