formal complaint
There probably won't be an answer here, but I would like to file a formal complaint.
I continue to pay for service that has continual outages, and Xfinity claims there is no outage, but even today there is a Xfinity technician on the street, I took a photo of the truck outside my window. The tech says the service is out, Xfinity says it isn't won't give me a credit, again. Won't let me speak to a manager, and I am not getting the service I am paying for
This is super frustrating, I have have been paying for the 1Gig service for 3 months now, and it is down twice a week, and they just don't care!

I feel totally taken advantage by xfinity my rates have been raised I tried contacting someone to inquire,my services have not changed! I was disconnected twice, I'm a senior citizen on a tight budget I paid $380.00 now they charged me $402.00 for sevices that have not changed! I'm appalled I think they prey on seniors and elderly. I am going with AT&T for the same service at a much lower rate! The last person I spoke with purposely disconnected my call all I wanted was the quote from the first young lady to be honored. I mean What is cable without news channels. I was told I could keep my current plan for $160.00 a month, they keep giving me the run around and then tried to sell me a mobile plan. I've been with this company for close to 10yrs after so long these companies donot honor loyalty they take it for granted particularly when it come to seniors and elderly!
