Formal Complaint

For the past six weeks I have been trying to get Xfinity to complete an installation at my home. About four weeks ago, a technician did arrive but stated that a maintenance crew needed to run the line to my house and that a ticket would be opened. That follow-up never happened.

Since then, I have had three scheduled appointments where no one showed up and no one called to notify me. Each time, I took time off work to be available, which has cost me both time and income.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve this through standard customer service channels, there has been no progress or accountability. This pattern of broken appointments and lack of follow-through is unacceptable and leaves me without access to the only internet provider available in my area.

I am requesting:

  1. Immediate completion of the required maintenance and installation, with a confirmed date.

  2. Credits or compensation for the repeated missed appointments and time lost.

  3. Assurance that Xfinity will prevent further no-call/no-show appointments.

Xfinity’s repeated failures to provide service after six weeks of delays and missed appointments demonstrate a serious lack of responsibility to customers.
