Formal Complaint

I need a phone number and email on where I can file formal complaint. I do not want to be sent to chat assistant in the app. That is what caused this entire problem in the first place. I also do not want to be sent to a general 800 number.

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
