Formal complaint + security concern from July 8 support chat

I need to file a formal complaint and security report about a support chat on July 8. An agent sent me a link asking me to enter my Social Security number, and others asked for my phone's IMEI to open a mobile line I never requested. They also tried to offer "too good to be true deals" then dropped when pressed. Please have someone escalate this to your Security/CSA team.

I have sent an email to abuse@comcast.net and submitted a form on support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form
