Formal complaint regarding supervisor intentionally disconnecting call — requesting corporate escalation.
I am requesting a formal escalation to Executive Customer Relations regarding the conduct of a supervisor I spoke with yesterday. During the call, the supervisor intentionally ended his participation in the conversation while the telephone connection itself remained active. I remained on the line afterward. I would like Comcast to review the call recording and system logs, identify the supervisor involved, and investigate how the call was handled. I also need my underlying billing issue resolved. He kept saying I was registered for a new plan at $45/mo yet the multiple email confirmations say it's $95/mo. I was simply asking for a confirmation in writing on the new plan for $45 per month for the next 5 years. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this done. Your customer support is atrocious and very disappointing. This is not the first time that when things got difficult that the customer service agent ended the call.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
