Formal Complaint: Missing NFL Network Channels & Request for Partial Bill Credit
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the ongoing removal of the NFL Network and NFL RedZone from my current television package. I chose my current Xfinity programming subscription specifically to access live sports and football coverage, and a significant piece of that value has been taken away.
While I understand that Comcast is engaged in an active dispute with Disney and ESPN regarding network distribution fees, the fact remains that I am paying for a tier of programming that you are no longer delivering.
Because my service has been materially downgraded without a matching drop in my monthly rate, I am requesting a partial bill credit to offset the loss of these active channels until they are restored to my lineup. Furthermore, please log this complaint as an official customer demand to reach a fair carriage agreement before the football season progresses further.
Please review my account profile and let me know the specific credit amount that can be applied to my next billing cycle. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
M Maroon

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.
We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. While credits are not available for this specific situation, we'd be happy to review your current services and discuss plan options that may better fit your needs and budget. You can also explore available plans and offers at any time by signing in to your account through My Account. We're here to help you find the best value for your services.
