I would like to file a formal employee conduct complaint regarding my visit to the Xfinity Store at 715 7th St NW, Washington, DC, on October 28, 2026, at approximately 4:55 PM.

During my visit, I experienced repeated unwanted sales pressure, dismissive comments, and an unwillingness to properly address my billing concerns.

I would like this incident to be formally investigated and escalated to store management.
