Form isn’t working

When you put in the start date which is the 08-11-26 and the end date was 08-18-26 it keep but the start date in the end date

For credit because of the power outage We had and most people still are mine was from August 11,2026 till August 17th and when I fill it out the the credit form it’s August 11,2026 for both beginning and date it came back on

Thanks for further clarifying, @user_c2y2b1. I am glad to hear the power is back online. That sounds like quite a bit to get repaired! Are you still seeing an interruption message on your account? The issue needs to be fully resolved before the Xfinity Assistant will apply the credit. That can stop it if you still see the notification.

Yes the issue is still happening my internet keeps going out and coming  back on
