Forgot to return equipment but want to reuse

Hello,

I forgot to return my equipment when moving and have a balance due for the equipment. I was wondering if I could get the charge removed and set up a new service with the existing equipment?

@user_pwx42x Welcome to our Community Forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can get your equipment removed from the old account and make sure you're not charged for it. In some circumstances, we can manually transfer equipment to a new account, but there are exceptions. How long ago was the old account closed? Did you move within the same state or out of state? Is it a modem, cable box, or something else?
