For the past 6 months ive been trying to contact zfinity to cancel my acc. No response

Hello im khalid [Edited: "Personal Information"] ive tried contacting u through many means. I went back to my country (saudi arabia) before i went back i called you and u said that i can leave everything in the apartment and a person will pick it up so i travelled. After i travelled, ur website was no longer working, ur calls no longer work, i cant find ur support email, i cant schedule a call back, ur ai chat keeps telling me "there was an issue in connecting you to an agent" and i keep getting emails about ur billing. WHAT HAPPENED I THOUGHT THIS IS DEALT WITH. Just close my account why is this so hard to do.
