For the love of GOD how can I talk to a HUMAN?The chat doesn’t work!!!

For the love of GOD I need help with multiple account issues and the freakin chat won’t work!!! I have no choice but to cancel and go with another company if I can’t get help! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
