This is Stephanie and she is from the retention department and she wants to reverse the two prior credit credits for the last two modems installed eight months ago.

what we have hereare sales people getting greedy so they can create different account numbers so they can get their commission from one business owner in a 2500 square building. Also, your technicians did not come in and do a site survey if they did, they would’ve caught the problem earlier also management fumbled the ball that should’ve never happened. They need His bill went down from almost $1300 a month to $219 a month. Everything working great.
I know that the accounts they were opened eight months ago was supposed to be credited along with the account with the modem was not used was also supposed to be credited when I spoke with someone in their retention department named Stephanie she did not like the idea of a refund and create a new ticket numbers. This is where I’m at all the proof is in your guys’s building and I know my clients are ready to go to court for how they were treated and billed.
