FOLLOW-UP: Service Modification for Account #[Edited] (Estate of [Edited)

Estate Status: Death Certificate and Appointment of Co-Trustee already submitted via Xfinity Bereavement Portal.
To the Xfinity Support Team,
I am writing to provide specific instructions regarding the modification of the account for [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have already completed the transfer request and submitted the required legal documentation through your online bereavement portal.
Because the property is currently vacant but monitored by an ADT security system, we must maintain internet connectivity while discontinuing all other services. Please process the following changes immediately:
RETAIN INTERNET: Keep the xFi Internet (Extreme 105 Plan) active. Do not interrupt this service, as it is required for the home’s security system.
DISCONNECT TV: Remove the X1 TV Digital Premier Plan and all premium add-ons (Cinemax, Starz, SHOWTIME, etc.).
DISCONNECT VOICE: Cancel the Xfinity Voice plan and the associated phone number ([Edited: "Personal Information"]).
Billing & Equipment:
Auto-Pay: The account is currently set to auto-pay via an estate account at Byline Bank. Please ensure this remains active for the internet service only.
Equipment: Please reply with the specific serial numbers of the TV boxes and remotes that need to be returned to an Xfinity Store so I can clear them from the estate inventory.
As the Co-Trustee, I am the authorized point of contact for these changes. Please confirm once the TV and Voice services have been removed from the billing cycle.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
