Follow-Up on $300 Gift Card for Ultra-Fast Internet Plan

I signed up for the Ultra-Fast Internet plan ($50/month for two years) under the special student offer as advertised (refer to the attached image). One of the promotional benefits included a $300 gift card upon signing up.

My service was installed on August 31, 2024, and it has now been over six months, yet I have not received the gift card. I would appreciate an update on the status of my reward and any steps I need to take to claim it.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I’m in the exact same situation. Signed up for the ultra fast internet plan due to the incentive of receiving the $300 giftcard. After having not received the giftcard by mid-February I finally get on the phone with an agent who assured me they will send the giftcard and promises to send an email confirmation within 24-48 hours. Two weeks later and there has been no communication. I get on the phone with a different agent who trys to tell me that xfinity doesn’t offer any such promotion and that the max prepaid card they would ever offer would be $200. This xfinity agent was trying to convince me that it was a scam, but I tried explaining and explaining that it was not a scam as there were employees offering this promotion on every street in the summer. He transferred me to his manager where I explain this situation again and he also tries to tell me that this promotion was a scam. He tells me he’s going to meet with his teams to discuss this and call me back later that day. It’s been 4 days and still no call back. Giving up at this point because there should not be this much hassle to obtain a promised incentive.
