Follow-up from New Service Install Survey
I recently moved into a new house that is not currently serviced by Comcast, however houses nearby do have Comcast service. I requested a survey for serviceability a few weeks back using the support phone line, but haven't heard any updates since then.
Could someone let me know what I need to do to get the results of that survey and get in touch with the construction department if I need to pay for and approve any new work?
