Flood assistance
My city was affected by the flooding in Indiana. My job was destroyed and now I have zero income. I have a payment arrangement due tomorrow to keep service on and need to see if I can get it extended. I can't lose my internet right now!!

@user_mk95zj Our apologies to read you've been impacted by the recent flooding in Indiana. For all of our payment options you will need to connect with the Xfinity Assistant and navigate the payment options. We do have an installment plan option for past-due balances otherwise you'll have to modify the existing payment arrangement using that system.
