Flex box NoT Free!
Why am I being charged so much for internet service ? I'm being charged as if I have a cable box because the flex box was upgraded . I was not notified nor agreed to have cable. I feel XFINITY customer service just has their customers going through loop holes to avoid actually helping their customers. Which is just so frustrating being they know we need to go to school and work from home.
