@Momstradamus Thank you for meeting us here in our community about your Flex/Xumo box. Customers cannot add any app to the Flex/Xumo Stream Box. The device allows access to specific streaming apps, including the Xfinity Stream app, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and others available through the Xumo Play app. However, it does not support the addition of arbitrary apps outside of those provided by Xfinity and its partners. Do you have a smart TV, and what brand it is?
