Fix my service address

My service address has been wrong for over 10 years, ever since my county changed the 911 emergency address for us. Somehow xfinity combined part of our old address with the new address.  Now we have to give a false address everything we call because according to xfinity we don't get service at our current address, even though we do. When we try to order replacement units we have to tell them to ship it to the billing address because if they send items to the service address it will get lost in the mail. Representatives have tried red flagging this issue to which no correction of the service address.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
