first it's fixed and then it's not

Geez Louise. My service has been down for several days. I asked to be texted when it is fixed. So I get a text and it works! For a few minutes. Then it's down again. A day later I get another text, and it works! For a few minutes. This is getting old.

 

Now my phone and TV work, but my internet is down, and the status page says that everything is down. Very very confusing.
