firmware update

@xfinity, When will the update be pushed as my internet keeps dropping and i work from home, losing time and money. Can someone help and push the update to my modem? Arris G34 AX3000. Per Arris, the update was sent to xfinity to release to customers as on Novemeber 2023. Reading forum, some customers have the new 1.5 update.
