firmware update
@xfinity, When will the update be pushed as my internet keeps dropping and i work from home, losing time and money. Can someone help and push the update to my modem? Arris G34 AX3000. Per Arris, the update was sent to xfinity to release to customers as on Novemeber 2023. Reading forum, some customers have the new 1.5 update. PLEASE PUSH THE UPDATE - AR01.05.020.04.01_083123_735.NCS.20

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, user_evylst thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post, you've reached out to the right place for assistance. Working from home myself, I completely understand where your coming from with needing your home network connection to be stable. I've not seen an update of when a mass firmware update will be pushed, but I have worked with individual customers and been able to work with our advanced repair and engineer experts to get firmware updates.
I'd like to help get a request opened so our dedicated partners can help with the firmware update. Since I will need to gather some information to locate your account, and we don't want that in our public conversation, when you have time, please send a direct message:
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
