Fire Hazzard HELP!!!!

We live in a 72 unit Condo and our CONDO's got inspected by the Atlantic City fire Dept capt. and we were FINED because our Comcast/Xfinity Service per the captain (Shall not 

use hose bibbs in egrass ways as a ground )another board member has been chatting texting and calling Xfinity to correct this issue that per the Captain is a FIRE HAZZARD.

We were given a ticket number which is

and are being informed every time we call Comcast/Xfinity that thay will have someone out in 2 weeks this has been going

on since August 2025 and now we are in September and when my board member called today he was told we can't get someone there for at least 2 weeks

we are tired of talking to someone from the philippines or India giving us the run around for a FIRE HAZZARD that needs to corrected

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
