Fire damage to main line outside of apartment building

There was a fire in my building today, didn't effect my apartment but my cable and wifi is out.  I'm not sure but I believe that the fire may have had something to do with it.  Might have damaged the main line outside of building.

Got it! You should see a message icon at the top right of the screen. This is where you can start. Please let me know if you're unable to locate it.
