Finish burying cable

Spoke with rep in another country on Tuesday and was assured a senior y

technician would be out that evening to finish burying my cable. This is beyond frustrating that I cannot get to a live person without spending forever trying to get somebody to respond. This has gone on for months and I’m supposed to be some sort of high valued long term customer. 
I can’t even figure out how to cancel my service which am am ready to do. 
please respond ASAP. I cannot believe I have to post in a community forum to get a response.

Good morning @jgmm1955, I apologize for the frustration. Line burials can take up to 13 days to complete. We'd be happy to make sure things are progressing in the right direction. Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
