Finally got through to customer service!

Once I accessed the inner sanctum,  through some miracle after 30 minutes of trying on-line, I did spend a considerable amount of time with a lovely and intelligent customer service agent.  Unfortunately, the problem still exists, but a solution was given.  I will be receiving a call from another agent to help to solve the original email the problem.
