Finally got through to customer service!
Once I accessed the inner sanctum, through some miracle after 30 minutes of trying on-line, I did spend a considerable amount of time with a lovely and intelligent customer service agent. Unfortunately, the problem still exists, but a solution was given. I will be receiving a call from another agent to help to solve the original email the problem.

The original Comcast mobile email connection problem was solved using Google Gmail to connect with my Comcast email on cell phone. Technician called me back both times when she said she would. That was refreshing. It needs to be much easier to speak to a human being than it is currently.
