Finally got through and technical support said they would call back if we got disconnected and of course they did not!

Spent an hour on the phone after my DVR content stopped and I was unable to stream well over at my friends. First, they said the last four of the credit card on my account were incorrect and the technician confirmed I was right after explaining their system said it was incorrect. Priyanshu [Edited: "Personal Information"] Said he would call back if we got disconnected for any reason and I gave him my phone number which he repeated back. Took an hour to get through and he did not call back. File another one with most terrible service available for a cable TV. Sincerely, Mark [Edit: PII]

[Edited: "Personal Information"] did call back and was extremely helpful. Creating a ticket number that I can refer to if the problem isn’t resolved. He’s working 11 PM to 7 AM shift in India and God bless him. Namaste 🙏
