filing a property damage claim against Xfinity

Xfinity buried cables along the side of my patio. This was undisturbed soil. Not installed to the Xfinity Standards. Erosion went under my patio and it settled 1.5 inch causing damage to my support post at patio. Cable installed in 05/2024. I was never notified of the installation. Xfinity has closed my claim (personal information) .  I have not been contacted by anyone from Xfinity to explain or support their decision to close the property damage claim. I am now feeling bullied.. I have file my complaint with the BBB. It is the lack of transparency that is a systemic issue when dealing with Xfinity. Has anyone reached out for litigation assistance.?

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience I'll be happy to take a look at the ticket that was opened and see how we can get this resolved for you.

 

If you've already filed a complaint with the BBB,  when Xfinity gets the notification a ticket will be created and agent will be assigned to the ticket and then someone from our corporate escalations team would be reaching out to you.

 

To clarify, have you already filed a BBB complaint?
