Filing a lawsuit
I’m considering filing a lawsuit against Xfinity for not fixing my internet which is causing loss of income. It’s been 3 days with no internet. I’m requesting a technician but they want me to wait until Friday? My kids can’t watch TV, I can’t work. This is driving me crazy!!!!!!! I’m on the phone with them and if it doesn’t get solved today, I’ll contact a lawyer. And to add wounds to my injuries, they say they will give me a $30 credit! Really? Xfinity is garbage!!!!

Hello @user_cfcf9b Thank you for sharing the trouble that you have with our service. I understand that it's vital to have reliable service and how it causes chaos when the services are down. If you would please send us a direct message I will help to see if we have a sooner appointment or an option for a waitlist for a sooner appointment. If you already have an appointment scheduled you should be able to text WAITLIST to 266278 as well to sign up.
I can help with adjusting the account as well, we are able to credit the account for the services and the time that they are down, once we have everything back online and working.
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
