Filing a formal complaint on an agent.
I had a recent interaction with an agent that bothered me to my core! I asked to deactivate 3 boxes I turned in to the local Xfinity office. The office said I had to contact the billing to have them removed. So I used the chat. The agent, Tanya, asked if I wanted to add services and I said no. I have had EXTREMELY bad experiences just trying to upgrade my service so I said I didn't want any service changes, just the boxes removed. She sent me the authorization to remove boxes and instead it was authorization to add all the services I told her no to. I got back on the chat and told her she lied to me and to remove the services NOW! She said she didn't add services and I told her it was making me very upset. I asked to speak with a manager now! And amazingly......my internet cut out completely. Gone for over 15 minutes. I had to reset my box and try to get another agent. I was so upset that I couldn't see straight. This is unacceptible and I don't think she should be working at Xfinity at all. I hope she is fired.
